My first blog...

Well, in the tradition of redundancy that is often the case with me, this is my first blog. I have a friend in Washington state who has for years been great about journaling her "adventures" for friends and family to read. Needless to say, I am inspired, and so I am here.
I find myself at a time in my life ready to take on the challenge of learning discipline and a deeper level of integrity, specifically in my health, weight, and spiritual life. So, this is the place that I will track my thoughts and experiences, the adventurous and not-so-adventurous. In a way it will be another type of accountability for me. I am expectant of good things, very good things, and look forward to what is to come.
